Built a responsive weather app for locations across Ukraine using a modern JavaScript stack and external weather APIs. Users can search cities and instantly see current temperature, humidity, and weather conditions in a clean, mobile-friendly interface.
I build modern, responsive web pages using semantic HTML5 elements to ensure better accessibility and structure. I apply a Desktop First approach, carefully scaling down layouts using media queries and clean CSS to guarantee that the user interface adapts flawlessly and remains pixel-perfect across all screen sizes, from large monitors to smartphones.
I am highly comfortable with modern CSS layout systems to create flexible user interfaces. I use Flexbox as my primary tool for one-dimensional layouts, alignment, and spacing. For more complex, two-dimensional layouts, I implement CSS Grid to build structured and responsive page layouts.
I have a solid mid-level understanding of JavaScript, allowing me to add deep interactivity to web pages. I write modern code using ES6+ features and efficiently handle DOM events. I am comfortable managing dynamic data and application logic to connect UI elements with functional code.
I use React to build dynamic and interactive single-page or multi-page applications. I understand component-driven development and how to break UIs down into reusable pieces. I effectively manage application state using hooks like useState to handle user data, events, and dynamic content updates.Also i understand API works.
I use Git as an essential part of my workflow to track code changes and maintain version control. I am comfortable working through the VS Code terminal to manage branches, commit updates, and push code to GitHub repositories, ensuring a clean and organized development history.
